Aerobics Burn fat while learning self-defense. It is a fusion of martial arts, aerobic exercises, and strength training. It promotes overall muscle strength and endurance as well as cardio respiratory endurance. Great for weight loss, staying fit, toned and healthy, and preparing for other sports. Lots of fun!
